Come celebrate Sunrise Creek’s 6th Anniversary! Alzheimer’s Program Thursday, April 25th 2:00 -4:00 pm.  Free program for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.  Led by the Western Slope Alzheimer’s Association  Director, Teresa Black.  Teresa will discuss symptoms and behaviors in the middle stage disease along with tips for caregivers.
